- To supervise the activities of the Skyland Park Lot Owners Association (SPLOA)
- To adopt such policies and procedures as may be consistent with the Covenants of SPLOA
- To present a report of its activities through the approved minutes on the SPLOA website and at SPLOA resident meetings
