DownloadMembers of the Skyland Park Lot Owners Association (SPLOA) who choose to utilize the Parking and Tie Down Area within Skyland Park must execute a Tie-Down Agreement if using the area only for tying down the resident owned plane. This agreement is not applicable to members of SPLOA who have a hangar within the Parking and Tie Down Area. A Hangar Agreement will be established instead. Residents can contact the Skyland Park Lot Owners Association to obtain the specified agreement.
As a reminder, the Parking and Tie Down Area is only utilized for aircraft purposes. It is not to be used for any activities such as operating an ATV, snowmobiling, driving a car etc. If a resident or non-resident violates this, further enforcement action steps will be conducted as described in item #11 Enforcement in the Restrictions section of the Restrictive Covenants, Common Easements, Exceptions and Reservations.
The file shown below is the June 8, 2023 letter from the Town of Moultonborough Public Works regarding the upkeep of our private roads in preparation for winter plowing. The NH Highway Department Winter Maintenance Policy is also provided as a reference.
